Welcome – I’m Erin Mazur

Over a decade ago, Reiki and lymphatic bodywork were so deeply transformative for me that I felt called to become trained in these modalities to offer them to others. 


Four passions I bring to my practice:

A passion for health and wellness knowledge and practices, particularly in the
holistic and integrative sense;

A passion for spirituality and spiritual practices, coming from a deep knowing and experiencing that there is more to life than meets the eye;

A passion for psychology and understanding the human psyche – continually deepening my understanding of how the brain, mind and emotions work
so that I can provide the tools to help clients have a deeper relationship with
themselves and with life.

A passion for helping others and creating a better world, rooted in seeing the world in terms of potential and holism. Guiding people towards relief, balance, and greater wholeness, as well as holding a vision of a world created from our highest potential,
is my joy and my purpose.
